A bilingual qualified lawyer from Sudan with expertise in corporate counsel, litigation and ADR. Graduated from the faculty of law University of Khartoum in 2011, upon which Ahmed received premium legal training at Dr. Abdul'rahman Khalifa's law office for a period of two consecutive years before joining one of the Sudanese finest consultancy companies, Kenana Engineering & Technical Services Co. where Ahmed enrolled as in-house counsel in 2013. Then he moved to the state of Qatar to join Ghada M. Darwish Law Firm as an associate where he developed exceptional experience in civil law practice. Until recently, he assumed his role as managing associate at the Sudanese Commercial Law Office (SCLO) in Khartoum's branch.
Highly skilled in both common and civil laws, Ahmed has drafted, reviewed and advised on massive and complex transactions across the GCC and Africa. His expertise lies in corporate commercial law and the contracts field with high-end diligence on risk assessments and costs minimization. He is a construction / infrastructure specialist with keen ability to provide timely advice to clients and meeting deadlines in quick-turnaround events. He represented clients in multiple arbitral proceedings in Sudan and abroad.
