one of the exceptional Sudanese lawyers with spectacular expertise in the Intellectual Property field. Upon her graduation from the University of Khartoum in 1999, she received her legal training at Mohamed Sabrry’s law office. During that time, she managed to achieve her Master’s degree in (License to use Trade Marks “comparative study”) from the University of Khartoum in 2004, and currently a PHD candidate doing her research in (Border Measures to Protect Intellectual Property Rights “comparative study”).
After that she founded and lectured at the Sudanese Centre for Intellectual Property Studies (SCIPS). Subsequently, she was appointed as the head of the legal department at Smas for Intellectual Property Co. in Sudan, and then joining Talal Abu-Ghazaleh organization (TAG org) as a legal advisor in Manama - Kingdom of Bahrain, and also a legal advisor for Nile-Techna trade mark agent in Khartoum. She is a registered Trade Mark agent since the year 2011, and attended many events regarding Interregional Copyrights & Related Rights seminars in Helsinki – Finland and in Geneva – Switzerland. From the year 2013 onwards she joined the Sudanese Commercial Law Office (SCLO) to assume the positon of the head of the Intellectual Property department at the firm in Khartoum’s branch.
