Tariq is a rolemodel, with vast Experience in information technology & telecommunications (ICT) sector gained from working in Mobile operators and ICT vendors (OEMs, infrastructure SW & HW providers and manufacturers) in Networks administration, networks support and operation, ICT Integration and design, project management, Sales and commercial, over 14 years. He is specialized in key accounts management, trade compliance and ICT governance. He has particular knowledge in complex technology and procurement transactions, His mixed background of working with leading international ICT providers engaged in both local and international, along with his law experience are invaluable to both local and international business matters and to develop effective relationship between all stakeholders, key partners, and customers.

Working at crossroad of rapid dynamic changes and development of Technology, project management, product development and legal issues, gives Tariq ability to find pragmatic and creative solutions and advice to start-ups and more mature companies with a specific focus on licensing (SW & HW), SLAs and outsource deals, e-commerce, cloud computing, software and license agreements, personal data protection and privacy. He advises on the acquisition and exploitation of content rights across traditional and emerging platforms. Mr Makadi holds a Master of Law (LLM) in Information Technology Law from Aberystwyth University - UK, a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Al-Nelain University, a Post Graduate Diploma in business administration from University of Khartoum, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from Future University. He joined SCLO in March of 2017 in the department of telecoms and cyber-security.
