Mrs Osman has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation. She represented many local and foreign companies in the courts and arbitral tribunals in disputes related to construction in many regions in Sudan in industries including the oil industry before secession of South Sudan. She also worked in disputes related to oil contracts as an assistant to Mr Zaki Abdul Rahman Mohammed Khair, who was often chosen as the head of the arbitral tribunal in oil disputes. Mrs Osman also has the experience of reviewing all types of commercial contracts ensuring client's expectations are met. She has sound experience in company liquidation.
Mrs Osman advises clients in all aspects of Labour Law and she represented employers and employees in Labour disputes. She helps clients to register and renew their Trademarks.
Mrs Osman graduated from the University of Khartoum in 1999 and passed the Bar Exam in 2000,receiving her lawyer's license in 2001. She has worked in many prestigious law practices in Khartoum including Mr Zaki Abdul Rahman Mohammed Khair. She was awarded an LLM in International Private Law (Conflict of Laws) in 2017.
